Ingredients

450g beef sirloin, sliced thinly
1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. vegetable
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup beef broth
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Directions

1.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp. of the vegetable oil over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil to the skillet. Add the broccoli florets, red bell pepper, yellow onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
