450g cooked and sliced roast beef | |
1 cup beef broth | |
1/2 cup red wine | |
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce | |
1 teaspoon dried thyme | |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder | |
Salt and pepper to taste | |
12 slider buns | |
6 slices of Swiss cheese | |
2 tablespoons butter, melted | |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped |
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C

In a medium saucepan, combine beef broth, red wine, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Add roast beef to the saucepan and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the beef is heated through and has absorbed some of the liquid.

Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom half in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
