Ingredients

3 large eggs, separated
3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (optional)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the pizza toppings:
1/4 cup low-carb tomato sauce or pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Directions

1.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, parmesan cheese (if using), garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.

Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites, being careful not to deflate the mixture.

Using a large spoon or a piping bag, spoon the mixture into 4 equal rounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
